EMEA Director of Supplier Business Manager - Germany

We are supporting a leading global expert in international electronic component procurement, distribution, and supply chain management, known for providing exceptional expertise in the semiconductor and electronics industry with an EMEA Director of Supply Business Manager hire.

to The role will be focused on the European market, specifically working with distributors, manufacturers, and vendors to drive demand creation and achieve growth targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics and experience within the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with distributors to grow the pipeline, design win count, and revenue
• Drive growth in new engineering projects
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and sustain existing business
• Foster strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Present high-level business reviews to the management team
• Successfully achieve design wins and meet targets
• Lead the development of sales strategies for new programs within existing accounts
• Report to senior management and contribute to business strategy

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 10 years\‘ experience in a similar technical sales role within the electronics industry
• Background in semiconductor products or electronic component distribution
• A Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (preferred but not essential)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and German
