This role is ideal for someone with 0–3 years’ experience who wants to develop their sales, technical, and relationship management skills while contributing to business growth across Northern and Eastern Germany (postcode regions 0, 1 and 2).
Your Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop existing customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships through customer visits and virtual meetings.
- Promote technical solutions, including connectors and cable assemblies.
- Manage sales opportunities, forecasts, and customer activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to drive profitable growth.
- Monitor market trends and represent the business at industry events.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Engineering or similar.
- 0–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, engineering, or a commercial role.
- Strong communication skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in German and English.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within Germany.
