Head of Product Marketing – Semiconductors

An established global semiconductor organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Product Marketing to drive portfolio strategy, product definition and go-to-market execution across automotive and industrial markets.
This is a senior leadership role combining technical expertise, commercial strategy and team development, with the opportunity to influence next-generation semiconductor solutions and drive global business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, positioning, roadmaps and lifecycle plans.
- Translate customer and market requirements into IC and firmware product specifications, value propositions and business cases.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, competitive intelligence and sales enablement.
- Manage, coach and develop a high-performing team of Marketing Engineers.
- Drive data-led decision-making, AI adoption and process improvements.
- Develop global technology partnerships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure design wins.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Electronics, Computer Science or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous.
- 10+ years of semiconductor product marketing experience, ideally across automotive, industrial and/or consumer markets.
- Strong experience with microcontroller-based sensing systems; capacitive touch expertise is a plus.
- Proven track record in IC and firmware product definition, portfolio strategy and commercial execution.
- At least five years’ experience leading and developing marketing teams.
- Strong commercial, analytical and communication skills, including proficiency in Tableau, Excel, Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally across Asia, the US and Europe.
