Senior RF IC Design Engineer

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior RF IC Design Engineer to join our expanding Semiconductor client based in the Brandenburg region in Eastern Germany.

The Senior RF IC Design Engineer will join an innovative team of expert mixed-signal SoC and system designers, focused on high-frequency circuits for radar, sensor, and wireless communications. The RF IC Design Engineer will be responsible for:

• Design of complex transceiver blocks
• Design of high frequency integrated circuits
• Documentation of design work and participation in design reviews
• Providing technical expertise and mentor junior team members
• Developing circuits that operate within ranges including 60 GHz and 20 GHz.

For this role you will need:

• An industry degree in Electronic Engineering / Computer Science or similar
• Proven experience working within RF IC Design
• Solid understanding of RF CMOS circuit design and transceiver architectures
• Familiar with layout design and verification tools.

Excellent communication skills are required as well as the ability to take responsibility for complex circuit and system designs within delivery timescales.
