Technical Programme Lead

A growing tech business specialising in advanced semiconductor and embedded systems is looking for a hands-on Project Lead to manage complex development projects across SoC/ASIC, FPGA, embedded software, and hardware.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple teams and disciplines, coordinating technical workstreams, and seeing projects through from scoping to delivery. It’s a high-impact role within a fast-paced environment, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge tech and international teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading end-to-end delivery of semiconductor and embedded systems projects
• Aligning engineering teams and client expectations across technical milestones
• Managing timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting
• Supporting proposal and contract development for new projects

What They’re Looking For

• Experience managing technical projects in semiconductors or embedded systems
• Strong understanding of SoC, ASIC, FPGA, or embedded software development
• Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving project environments
