Logistics & Warehouse F/M/D

To strengthen our team and development on European market we are looking for a Logistics and warehouse employee (F/M/D) in Munich, Bavaria, GERMANY .

You will work full time on a permanent contract.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will perform a range of logistics and warehouse tasks such as:

• Processing incoming and outgoing goods, as well as proper storage and order picking
• Loading and unloading using a forklift truck (reach truck and forklift)
• Booking and recording goods and inventory data in the ERP system.
• Management and control of stock levels
• Preparing shipments and packing them properly in accordance with work instructions and shipping regulations
• Creating shipping and freight documents and labels
• Coordinating and monitoring shipments to ensure that delivery times are respected
• Communicating with carriers, partners, and customers regarding orders
• Interface between the warehouse and internal sales department, as well as various other internal departments
• Supporting the improvement of internal processes and procedures to ensure a high quality of service
• General warehouse management tasks, e.g. stocktaking

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed vocational training in logistics and / or several years of experience in logistics
• Knowledge of international logistics is a plus
• Structured, independent, and careful way of working combined with a high sense of responsibility
• Possess a strong work ethic and initiative, be a good team-player and communicator
• Deep understanding of logistics processes
• Interacting with customers, freight forwarders and colleagues in a friendly manner
• Good knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Word)
• SAP experience is a plus
• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English as we are an international company
