Based in Zurich, this position provides a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to the rapidly evolving private markets ecosystem and build a career with one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in the world. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliBe part of the Business Management Strategy team, directly supporting the Head of International on strategic, operational, and business management initiatives /liliPrepare executive presentations, briefing materials, and management reports for senior leadership /liliAssist with strategic business planning, management reporting, and the tracking of strategic priorities and objectives /liliSupport executive communications, including business updates, town halls, and the publication and continuous enhancement of our internal newsletter /liliHelp drive process improvements, governance initiatives, and operational efficiency across the International business /liliConduct market, industry, and competitor research to develop insights and recommendations that support business development and executive decision-making /liliCoordinate cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with teams across Client Solutions, Product, Finance, Corporate Development, Marketing, Legal Compliance /liliSupport strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad hoc business management activities as required /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliStrong academic credentials in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred /lili1-3 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, business management, financial services, or related fields /liliStrong interest in financial markets, private markets, and the asset and wealth management industry /liliExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging /liliOutstanding organizational, analytical, and problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /liliSelf-motivated team player with a strong work ethic, eager to build a long-term career at iCapital /liliHighly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; technology-minded with a continuous improvement mindset /liliFluent in English and German, both written and verbal /liliPrevious experience at an asset manager, wealth manager, bank, or consulting firm is advantageous /li /ulpWe believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together.
