Job Description Job Purpose Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) presents a unique opportunity for a full-time Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the Geneva team, responsible for supporting EMEA new and existing WEBICE customers, FCMs and middle / back-office users of ICE trading / clearing applications. Responsibilities Responsible for supporting clients using the WEBICE trading application and associated suite of products Build and maintain relationships with new and current users through continued training and floor visits Become an expert in the content and functionality of WEBICE and suite of associated products Channel customer feedback into the product development and technology teams Build good understanding of customer workflows and their toolset (ICE or otherwise) Build good understanding of competitive landscape and their offerings. Document key critical gaps in our offering vis-a-via marketplace and get that channeled into our roadmap working closely with product teams Ability to conduct high level presentations to traders, quants, and risk managers, within the banking, trading, hedge fund
