ICP has partnered with a leading global event production and technology company to appoint a Project Manager for its Berlin operation.
This is a client-facing role for someone with a strong background in AV and event technology, who can take ownership of the technical planning and delivery of high-quality live events from initial brief through to execution.
You’ll act as the main technical point of contact for clients, coordinating equipment, logistics, suppliers and technical teams while ensuring projects are delivered to the required standard.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Technical planning and delivery of live events
- Managing AV requirements across video, audio and wider event technology
- Preparing quotations and coordinating external suppliers
- Equipment, resource and logistics planning
- Crew scheduling alongside regional management
- Managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting commercial targets across one or more venue/hotel accounts
- Maintaining consistently high technical and service standards
What we’re looking for
- Several years’ experience within live events, AV or event technology
- A technical qualification or relevant background within event technology, electrical engineering or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of AV systems and event delivery
- Experience managing projects, clients, suppliers and technical teams
- Commercially minded with a strong service-led approach
- CAD knowledge
- Fluent German and good English
- Full driving licence
- Experience with Easjob would be advantageous but isn’t essential.
