- Manage hybrid IT infrastructure incl. Hybrid Active Directory & Windows Server environments
- Maintain local AD structures & Group Policies; ensure system stability & security
- Implement, monitor & document Security, Compliance & Identity policies (Conditional Access, MFA, PIM)
- Provide 2nd/3rd-level support, incident & problem management for ~200 internal users
- Automate routine tasks & deployments using PowerShell; introduce new M365 services & platforms
Must-Haves:
- +4 years hands-on as Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace Administrator in hybrid environments
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID (Azure AD) & Hybrid AD scenarios
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- Security & Identity Mgmt (Conditional Access, MFA, PIM)
- driver's license

Experience & Education
- Experience: 2–5 years professional background in similar role
