ID Quantique (IDQ) as part of IONQ, is a global leader in quantum-safe communications and quantum detection systems. We provide solutions to protect governments, telecommunication infrastructures, and banking standardize telemetry with OpenTelemetry and ensure reliable device-to-platform messaging (for example: MQTT). What you'll bring 10+ years in .NET (ASP.NET Core, C#), including architect roles on distributed systems. Proven record designing plugin/extensibility frameworks and stable API contracts. Strong security background (OIDC/OAuth2, mTLS, cert lifecycle, RBAC, zero-trust architecture). You'll be a great fit with Post-quantum cryptography (PQC) and crypto-agility exposure; regulated/telecom or high-security environments. Experience with policy-based authorization (for example: Open Policy Agent), multi-tenant controls, and observability/telemetry with OpenTelemetry. SDN and network management standards exposure (for example: NETCONF/YANG); familiarity with PKI concepts and operations. Familiarity with ETSI standards related to quantum key distribution and key-management interfaces is a plus. Knowledge of quantum networking and device-management interfaces is desirable.
