Overview
In this role you will lead Ideals’ Talent Acquisition to support rapid, global growth and revenue goals. You’ll report to the CEO and shape how TA aligns with business targets, driving AI and automation adoption while maintaining high-quality hires. You will manage a multi-team TA function across recruitment, sourcing, employer branding, and operations to optimize processes and deliver measurable impact. The opportunity combines strategic ownership with hands-on leadership in a fast-scaling, collaborative environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Ambassador for the TA function and translate data into executive insights
- Lead 6 managers across recruitment, sourcing, employer brand, and operations with coaching leadership
- Review and optimize the recruitment lifecycle using process improvements and automation
- Champion candidate experience and inclusive hiring for a diverse applicant pool
- Collaborate with Executive team, Talent & Development, People Operations and Legal to align hiring with business goals
- Drive measurable TA impact across metrics like time-to-hire, quality of hire, and AI tool adoption
- Support expansion across multiple regions and contribute to stable growth trajectory
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience with 2nd-line management experience
- Proven track record diagnosing process inefficiencies and implementing technology to streamline hiring
- Knowledge of ATS, sourcing, and outreach tools
- Expert-level candidate assessment and standardized processes to meet quality targets
- Ability to extract actionable insights from data using technology
- Fluency in English (C1+)
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to act as strategic advisor to senior leadership
