We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join a tech-driven company specializing in automated vehicle inspection systems powered by AI & advanced imaging technologies.

They specialize in high-resolution imaging technology to detect damage, monitor vehicle conditions, & create records for industries like automotive manufacturing, logistics, rental & remarketing. Their solutions help OEMs, ports, logistics companies & car rental services to manage vehicle handovers, damage detection & liability tracking.

Founded in 2011, they have grown significantly since their inception and partner with major players across the globe, including Jaguar, Toyota & BMW.

Their headquarters are in England, and this is their first overseas hire, for which you will be responsible for the German automotive market.

They are looking for a commercially minded Technical Account Manager who will manage each customer’s transition from prospective customer to active users of their products.

Typical responsibilities will include guiding customers through the entire lifecycle, being proactive in identifying & nurturing growth opportunities within customer accounts, ongoing responsibility for routine customer & product reporting/analysis, being the point of contact for technical issues to ensure the highest level of system performance, & having the ability to project manage complex contractual negotiations.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of complex & technical products and be able to communicate their value to customers effectively. Experience managing relationships with various teams (Engineers, Project Managers, etc.) within the automotive space would be highly advantageous.

This is a remote-first role, with national and some overseas travel expected.

The salary is 65,000-85,000 Euros depending on experience; however, this is negotiable for the right person.
