Corporate Associate - Private Equity

An elite global law firm is looking for a Corporate Associate to join their award-winning private equity team in Frankfurt.

The corporate practice is a major player across the globe for private equity transactions, and you will be working alongside some heavyweight PE Partners.

The work will be varied and interesting, consisting mainly of private equity transactions, M&A, and joint ventures.

You should have the ability, drive, and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and global clients, as well as provide support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere.
