Main Role & Tasks

The Identification Center Lab in Munich is currently looking for an energetic and hands-on team member! If your heart beats for customer service and you want to look behind the curtain of our products: Here is your opportunity!

Role & Responsibilities

As an Identification Specialist you are responsible for the video identification process . You help our customers complete the identification process through the identification steps. You are not focused on a specific product, but take care of every possible identification case, including fraud cases and the identifications that have to be canceled and repeated.

In addition, your tasks include checking completed video identifications from internal and external identification centers and investigating errors that occur during identifications.

Over time, your tasks may gradually expand to include other topics such as handling fraud tickets, feedback tickets, demo calls and functional tests.

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Strong technical interest
  • Very good communication skills in English and good language skills in German . Knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Ideally we are looking for someone full-time, but we are also open to a part-time and working student models (minimum would be 20h/week).

Additional Information

  • Due to special technology and to the field of work, work must be performed from the Munich office .
  • In order to follow our clients’ requirements, the working hours will be organized in shifts so the team can be working daily from 8 am to 9 pm and during the weekends from 8 am to 6 pm.
