Time Processors for Labor and Equipment – Kaiserslautern
IDS International is seeking Time Processors for Labor and Equipment (L&E) personnel to support the “Total Maintenance Contract for the Kaiserslautern Military Community.” The L&Es are responsible for providing time and labor services to the program to serve the needs of our internal and external customers. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
- Review accuracy of all approved timesheets and ensure that hours are coded per policy.
- Responsible for the upload of all timesheets into the system.
- Maintain timesheet files and track missing timesheets or other information necessary to complete the process.
- Review compensation panels and adjust labor amounts in the system for Daily Rate Employees, Hourly Employees along with any uplifts.
- Review the accuracy of employee’s two-week compensation, requests, adjustments, and process the corrections.
- Handle and research employee’s complaints and discrepancies.
- Add new employees, create groups, and assign Project Codes to a group.
- Assign Delegates and Alternate Supervisors.
- Unlock Accounts, reset passwords, and prepare timesheets for a final export.
- Transfer employees to another organization for time-keeping purposes.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or Foreign Country Equivalent.
Language Requirements:
- English and German at level 4 proficiency: At this level, an employee is required to possess a high degree of proficiency in both written and spoken English, including the ability to translate the host country language into precise and correct English, and English into the applicable foreign language.
Computer Skills:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
