You analyze existing processes in a wide range of departments (Sales, Customer Success, Accounting, etc.) and find ways to make them more efficient with AI and automation solutions. You develop automation strategies and successfully implement them from conception through to implementation. You select the best tools to improve our internal and external workflows and integrate them seamlessly into our systems. You work closely with other teams to share your knowledge and develop innovative training sessions. You measure the performance of your automation projects using clear KPIs and present the results directly to senior management. You act as an internal knowledge-sharing resource within the company and keep up to date with the latest developments in AI. Требования:
You have completed a degree, for example in business administration, computer science, business informatics, etc. You have experience in process consulting, ideally in the field of AI-powered systems. You are quick to grasp new concepts and have the creativity to develop solutions to problems. You work in a highly structured manner, are assertive and persistent (you are committed to seeing your projects through to completion). Using a computer comes naturally to you, and you have particularly advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; ideally, you are also familiar with CRM systems or have worked with them before.
