You coordinate the entire onboarding process for our new customers and take care of all organizational tasks until the software is fully set up (no programming skills required!) You coordinate all appointments and communicate with all relevant stakeholders You are responsible for ensuring that, by the time our customers’ training takes place, all documents are prepared, the software is configured according to customers’ wishes, and data management (preparing and entering data) has been carried out correctly You will be provided with an assistant team, which you coordinate and which supports you in carrying out tasks; your responsibility lies primarily in coordinating all tasks and quality management You have an excellent knowledge of the configuration options of the iDWELL software and every individual onboarding step You liaise with our IT department in the case of technically demanding projects, such as interface implementations, and coordinate their successful implementation You work on designing the onboarding processes and contribute new ideas to make them as efficient as possible Требования:
Completed commercial training (ideally a degree specializing in project management, business, business informatics, process management, or a similar field) You already have some initial professional experience in project management and communicate well You work in a very structured way, are assertive and persistent (you make sure your projects are seen through to completion) You are talented at multitasking and keep an overview even in stressful situations You must be quick on a computer and have a certain affinity for IT: working with MS Office is second nature to you, and ideally you already have experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and others You are reliable, quick to understand new things, and enjoy contributing new ideas You have excellent spoken and written German and English Условия:
