Key responsibilities:

• SAP ABAP Development: Design, develop, and optimize functionalities within the SAP FI-CO system.
• Project Support: Guide Finance & Accounting teams through all development phases, from conception to implementation.
• SAP Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with technical and functional SAP teams.
• Interface Integration: Support and optimize interfaces using IDoc, BAPI, RFC, and Web Services.
• S/4HANA & Global Rollouts: Contribute to major initiatives like S/4HANA transformation and international SAP rollouts.
• ERP Strategy: Help shape S/4HANA strategies and the future SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in an agile, international team under tight deadlines.

We expect:

• Educational Background: Degree in Business Management, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• SAP FI-CO Expertise: Several years of experience as an ABAP developer specializing in SAP FI-CO enhancements.
• Technical & Process Knowledge: Strong ABAP development skills and good understanding of FI-CO processes.
• SAP Project Experience: Hands-on experience in SAP projects, from design to implementation, in industrial companies.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving, research abilities, and structured approach.
• Operational Focus: Detail-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and German; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
