Role Purpose:
As our Partnerships Manager for Germany, you’ll be the driving force behind our affiliate channel growth within the European Division. Reporting into the Partnerships Lead for Europe, you’ll be supported by our divisional partnerships team and our locally based marketing teams. Based in our Frankfurt office, you’ll shape and execute partnership strategies that align with our ambitious divisional objectives, working closely with our sales and marketing teams to create innovative growth opportunities.
Working Structure
This position offers a hybrid working model, based in our Frankfurt office, with an expectation of three days in office. Occasional travel across Germany’s key financial hubs may be required, particularly within Frankfurt’s Bankenviertel, but also to Munich’s Altstadt-Lehel financial district, Hamburg’s HafenCity, and Berlin’s startup ecosystem.
The Ideal Candidate – Who you will be:
We’re seeking a commercially driven partnerships professional who combines analytical precision with strategic vision. Your experience should include at least two years in partnerships or affiliate marketing, with demonstrated expertise using the Impact.com platform. Fluency in both German and English is essential.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years‘ experience in partnerships or affiliate marketing
- Proven expertise with partnership management platforms (Impact, Partnerize, etc.)
- Fluent German and English language capabilities
- Experience in structuring and negotiating partnership agreements
- Strong commercial acumen with revenue generation focus
- Experience in monitoring and optimizing partnership performance
- Track record of affiliate relationship management
- Demonstrable ability to use Tableau, Looker, Affiliate platforms or Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with FinanceAds network
- Background in financial services or fintech sectors
- Understanding of BaFin (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) regulations and compliance requirements in German financial services
- Campaign management expertise
- Track record of managing matrixed stakeholder relationships
- Experience with Salesforce for relationship management and engagement tracking
- Ability to extract insights from datasets and translate them into actionable strategies
The role – What you will do:
Your role focuses on three key pillars of partnership excellence. First, you’ll lead our strategic partnership development, identifying and nurturing relationships with high-potential affiliates while creating bespoke engagement strategies.
Second, you’ll drive performance optimization through sophisticated tracking and analysis. You’ll maintain robust tracking structures, ensure compliance with BaFin regulations and promotional guidelines, and provide strategic performance analytics to key stakeholders.
Third, you’ll collaborate with our local teams to shape and execute marketing initiatives through our affiliate channel. Throughout these responsibilities, you’ll enjoy significant autonomy to design and implement new partnership opportunities that drive channel growth.
Key Performance Indicators
Your impact will be measured through a combination of quantitative and qualitative metrics. We’ll track your success through monthly partner acquisition progress, quarter-on-quarter traffic growth, and conversion rates from application to first trade.
