Job Title : SAP MDG Consultant
Location : Remote (80%), with onsite requirements in Bern every 10 weeks
Rate: CHF 100 – 115 per hour
Duration: Initial 12 month contract
Join a dynamic team as a SAP MDG Consultant, playing a crucial role in the successful migration to S/4HANA at a leading organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored SAP solutions focusing on lifecycle processes for master data objects.
- Design, customize, and enhance SAP MDG, considering dependencies with SAP S4/HANA and SAP ECC 6.0.
- Analyze requirements from business departments and develop solutions based on SAP technologies.
- Create technical concepts and specifications.
- Conduct unit tests and support the acceptance of SAP solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance of existing SAP systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge in SAP development for SAP MDG-M components (ABAP, Fiori, Floorplan Manager, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of the material data model and its application in business processes.
- Extensive experience in debugging, performance optimization, configuration, and error analysis.
- Several years of experience in at least one S/4 HANA transformation project focusing on solution design and development of lifecycle processes.
- Must have strong language skills in English & German.
