Marketing & Comms Manager (f/m/x) Dresden or Munich / Hybrid •

The Role

As Marketing & Communications Manager at Ignite Next, you will be responsible for building and executing our brand strategy, managing our digital presence, and telling the story of Europe's most ambitious deep tech founders.

You'll work closely with our portfolio companies, corporate partners, and the broader ecosystem to amplify our impact and establish Ignite Next as the premier destination for deep tech scale-ups in Europe.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies
• Manage all digital channels including website, social media, and newsletter
• Create compelling content including case studies, blog posts, and press releases
• Coordinate PR activities and media relationships
• Plan and execute marketing for program events, Selection / Portfolio Days, and conferences
• Support portfolio companies with their marketing and communications needs
• Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail
• Experience with digital marketing channels and analytics tools
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Canva, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Understanding of B2B marketing and the tech/startup ecosystem
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dresden or Munich, Germany

Nice to Have

• Experience in the deep tech, venture capital, or startup ecosystem
• Background in tech journalism or content marketing
• Video production and editing skills
• Network with tech journalists and influencers
