Our microfluidic cold plates are moving into volume production with some of the world's leading AI infrastructure players in Lausanne and through our manufacturing partners in Europe and Asia. This role exists to make that ramp fast, clean and repeatable, product after product.As Senior Process Engineer, you own the industrialization path. Inside our NPI projects you work with Hardware Development, Quality and Supply Chain to turn each new design into a manufacturable, qualified process. With our manufacturing partners you then transfer it, prove it on their equipment and bring it to rate. You define the process windows, control plans and acceptance criteria that let every new product industrialize faster than the one before it.You will report to the Manufacturing Manager.
