** This role requires B2 level of German**

Location: Full Remote (EU / CEST ±2 hours; Germany location is a plus)

Industry: Digital Accessibility & SaaS Solutions

Compensation: Up to €70,000 base salary + Up to €20,000 performance bonus (OTE: €90,000)

Travel Requirements: ~10% (Approx. one team event/quarter)

About the Role

We are on a mission to build an inclusive digital world by making web services accessible to everyone through AI solutions, testing, and software tools.

As a GTM Engineer, you sit directly at the intersection of tech, data operations, and business strategy. We are not looking for a traditional marketer or pure RevOps admin—we need a technical systems builder who can own our outbound and signal-based GTM engine end-to-end. You will transform raw market data and buying intent signals into prioritized, sales-ready opportunities using cutting-edge automation, AI tools, and enrichment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Infrastructure & Scaling: Architect, optimize, and expand our outbound lead enrichment and data framework across target international markets.
  • Signal & Intent Data Operations: Construct automated logic to isolate the ~5% of ICP accounts displaying active buying intent (e.g., tracking hiring patterns, compliance updates, accessibility projects) rather than relying on static lead lists.
  • Automation & Workflow Engineering: Develop and manage complex automated workflows utilizing n8n, Zapier, Make, APIs, and Webhooks to remove manual tasks for sales representatives.
  • CRM Architecture & Routing: Maintain rigorous data hygiene, lead scoring metrics, segmentation routines, and flawless synchronization into HubSpot for Account Executive hand-offs.
  • AI & Tooling Experimentation: Continuously trial and incorporate novel AI applications, custom scripts, and enrichment services (e.g., Clay) to maximize top-of-funnel output and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Relevant Experience: 2+ years in GTM Engineering, Growth Operations, RevOps, or technical outbound roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Core Tech Stack Mastery: Hands-on expertise using HubSpot CRM and Clay (or equivalent advanced data enrichment platforms).
  • Automation Expertise: Practical experience building API and Webhook-driven automations via n8n, Zapier, or Make.
  • Signal-Based GTM Mindset: In-depth understanding of modern B2B outbound workflows, buying triggers, intent signals, and lead-scoring frameworks.
  • Language Skills: Minimum B2 German proficiency and fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Time Zone Alignment: Based within the EU or CEST ±2 hours to support synchronous team collaboration.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Python scripting proficiency or experience constructing custom AI workflows.
  • Familiarity with web accessibility standards, digital compliance regulations, or SaaS sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or lead intelligence software (e.g., Leadfeeder, Lusha).

What We Offer

  • High-Impact Earning Potential: Up to €70,000 base + €20,000 variable bonus tied to performance.
  • Full Remote Flexibility: 100% remote working model within the EU, flexible working hours, and 31 days of paid vacation.
  • Modern Tech Stack: Complete freedom to experiment with cutting-edge GTM tools, AI agents, and enrichment technologies (Clay, n8n, HubSpot).
  • Direct Ownership: High autonomy from day one as the primary architect of our top-of-funnel engine.
  • Mission-Driven Culture: Purposeful work making the internet accessible to millions of users worldwide.
