Are you an experienced SAP TM Consultant looking for your next challenge in Germany? An international technology consulting organisation is expanding its SAP capabilities and is looking for a Senior SAP TM professional to support customers across a range of SAP Supply Chain and transportation transformation projects. You will work closely with customers and business stakeholders to analyse transportation requirements, design effective SAP solutions and support projects from initial concept through implementation and optimisation.

Your Role
- Advise customers on the design and optimisation of SAP Transportation Management solutions
- Analyse transportation and logistics requirements and translate them into effective SAP TM solutions
- Configure and customise SAP TM according to customer requirements
- Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects
- Analyse existing transportation processes and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Conduct workshops and requirements analysis with customers and business stakeholders
- Support the integration of SAP TM with other SAP and non SAP systems
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams where required
- Support testing, deployment and go live activities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of transportation processes and SAP solutions
Essential: What You Bring
- Several years of professional experience in SAP TM consulting
- Strong practical experience with SAP Transportation Management and Customising
- Good understanding of transportation and logistics processes
- Experience delivering SAP implementation or transformation projects
- Experience working directly with customers and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and solution oriented approach
- Excellent German and good English language skills
- Willingness to travel when required by customer or project requirements
Advantageous
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of transportation planning, freight management or execution processes
- Experience with SAP TM integration across areas such as SD, MM, EWM or FI
- Experience with SAP Fiori
- Experience with SAP logistics transformation projects
- SAP Activate or similar project methodology experience
- Experience leading workshops or project workstreams
