Team Leader SAP Consulting & Development (all genders)

- Salary between 100,000 EURO to 140,000 EURO depending of the experience.
- Experience minimal travel requirements with over 34 locations in Germany and 31 across Europe, coupled with an impressive company car package.

Your Role:
- Pursue economic, contribution margin-oriented success, aligning with our business model.
- Drive the growth path through hiring, developing, and retaining employees.
- Engage in technical collaboration on projects, taking roles such as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Requirements Engineer, or Software Architect.
- Expand and support customer relationships in your region, leveraging the entire SAP portfolio.
Your Skills:
- Extensive experience in SAP development or consulting, successfully managing numerous projects.
- Expertise in various areas, including SAP FI, CO, SD, HCM, MM, development, architecture, project management, or basis.
- Proven ability to build and lead teams, finding and nurturing entrepreneurial employees.
- Valued for your goal-oriented, motivational, and trustworthy leadership style.
- Leverage a well-developed network in the SAP industry for profitable outcomes.
- German (C1) and English fluent
