We are building a senior SAP S/4HANA consulting leadership team focused on helping organisations define their transformation vision, secure executive buy-in and deliver business-critical change across Europe.
This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic advisory, commercial leadership and SAP innovation while influencing some of the region's most complex transformation programmes.

The role
- Lead executive SAP S/4HANA strategy engagements
- Build transformation business cases and investment roadmaps
- Develop SAP go-to-market propositions and industry offerings
- Support major SAP pursuits and executive presentations
- Advise organisations on SAP S/4HANA, RISE and SAP BTP strategy
- Mentor senior consulting teams and contribute to capability growth
Your profile
- 15+ years SAP consulting experience
- Strong track record leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes
- Experience shaping complex enterprise SAP deals
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial mindset with experience supporting business growth
- German language skills at B2+ level
