Ready to step into an SAP FI/CO Manager role where you're leading through expertise rather than hierarchy?
We are building a strong SAP Finance capability and are looking for an experienced FI/CO professional to take ownership of delivery, mentor consultants and become a trusted advisor to customers.
The role
- Lead FI/CO delivery across complex S/4HANA engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior finance stakeholders
- Own functional direction and solution decisions
- Mentor and develop consultants through hands-on leadership
- Support workshops, proposals and customer discussions
- Identify opportunities to improve both customer solutions and team capability
- Collaborate across wider SAP functions and leadership teams
Your profile
- 6+ years SAP FI/CO experience
- Strong hands-on SAP FI/CO knowledge
- S/4HANA transformation experience
- Confident managing senior customer stakeholders
- Proven mentoring and informal leadership experience
- Commercial and delivery-minded approach
- B2+ German
