In this role you will join a leading international consulting environment supporting end to end SAP transformations with a strong focus on procurement, inventory management and supply chain processes. You will work closely with clients to define solution strategies, lead SAP MM workstreams and deliver business critical transformation programmes within SAP S/4HANA environments.

You will play a key role in shaping procurement and supply chain solutions for global organisations while leading project teams and supporting the development of junior consultants. There is a strong emphasis on leadership, client engagement and building long term trusted advisor relationships.
Projects typically include SAP S/4HANA transformations, global template rollouts, process harmonisation initiatives and greenfield implementations.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead SAP MM workstreams across complex transformation programmes and full project lifecycles
- Engage with senior stakeholders to define solution strategies and procurement transformation roadmaps
- Support business development activities including proposal creation, client presentations and pre sales engagements
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders across procurement, purchasing, inventory management and supply chain functions
- Oversee the design and implementation of procurement processes including purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, goods movements and supplier collaboration
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP MM and related modules including SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM and SAP WM or EWM
- Mentor and support junior consultants while contributing to the growth of the wider SAP practice
- Support testing, training, cutover planning and go live activities including hypercare phases
- Contribute to the continuous development of methodologies, accelerators and best practice solutions
Your profile
- Extensive hands on experience in SAP MM across multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management and end to end supply chain processes
- Experience leading SAP project workstreams and managing client relationships
- Comfortable working in SAP S/4HANA environments
- Experience working within consulting environments and delivering complex transformation programmes
- Ability to communicate confidently with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Fluent English and German
- Proactive leader who enjoys developing teams and driving successful project outcomes
