In this role you will join a leading international consulting environment supporting end to end SAP transformations with a strong focus on quality management processes within complex manufacturing and supply chain landscapes. You will work closely with clients to define solution strategies, lead SAP QM workstreams and deliver business critical transformation programmes within SAP S/4HANA environments.

You will play a key role in shaping quality management solutions for global organisations while leading project teams and supporting the development of junior consultants. There is a strong emphasis on leadership, client engagement and building long term trusted advisor relationships.
Projects typically include SAP S/4HANA transformations, global template rollouts, process harmonisation initiatives and greenfield implementations.
Your Responsibilities
- You will lead SAP QM workstreams across complex transformation programmes and full project lifecycles
- You will engage with senior stakeholders to define solution strategies and quality management roadmaps
- You will support business development activities including proposal creation, client presentations and pre sales engagements
- You will lead workshops with business stakeholders across manufacturing, supply chain and quality functions
- You will oversee the design and implementation of inspection processes, quality notifications and defect management solutions
- You will ensure seamless integration between SAP QM and related modules including SAP PP, SAP MM, SAP SD and SAP WM or EWM
- You will mentor and support junior consultants while contributing to the growth of the wider SAP practice
- You will support testing, training, cutover planning and go live activities including hypercare phases
- You will contribute to the continuous development of methodologies, accelerators and best practice solutions
Your profile
- You have extensive hands on experience in SAP QM across multiple full lifecycle implementations
- You have a strong understanding of manufacturing, quality assurance and regulatory compliance processes
- You have experience leading SAP project workstreams and managing client relationships
- You are comfortable working in SAP S/4HANA environments
- You have experience working within consulting environments and delivering complex transformation programmes
- You are able to communicate confidently with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- You speak fluent English and German
- You are a proactive leader who enjoys developing teams and driving successful project outcomes
