Your Contribution
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HR process and system improvements.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Help clients plan and adopt changes to their HR technology.
- Facilitate workshops and share knowledge with clients and colleagues.
The Expertise You Bring
- Experience with HR cloud solutions, ideally including SAP SuccessFactors.
- A degree in a business, HR or IT-related discipline.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn requirements into clear recommendations.
- Confident communication, effective teamwork and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
