h3Senior Operations Business Affairs Manager /h3h3Job summary /h3pFull-time /ppLocation: /ph3bYour Mission /b /h3ullibOperational engine: /bTogether with the ops team you take over the day-to-day operations of our distribution and Label OS business, so that our COO can focus on strategic initiatives and agentic systems that will carry more and more of this work. Partner DSP operations and Business legal affairs make up the largest part of the role. /lilibPartner operations: /bYou take partner deals from agreed terms to live — closing execution and onboarding with our Partner Operations Kit, which you improve with every partner — and coordinate catalog migrations, partner revenue reviews and settlements, and partner success management after the deal. /lilibDSP delivery operations: /bYou own DSP onboarding end-to-end (feeds, territories, DDEX delivery), day-to-day DSP Delivery troubleshooting and the operational side of DSPs’ policies. /lilibYouTube content monetization: /bYou operate YouTube CMS / Content ID — claimed videos, art tracks, monetization performance improvements, policies, Trust Safety cases and audits. /lilibBusiness legal affairs: /bYou handle requests outside the SLA via our intake workflow, keep our TCs and compliance documentation current, follow through legal cases, takedowns, exclusivity issues and copyright claims, and run the weekly sync with our external counsel. /lilibContract lifecycle: /bYou run contracts within a 48-hour SLA — drafting, redlining, review cycles with external counsel, signatures — across distribution agreements, NDAs, and other agreements, licensee monitoring and catalog transaction documentation. /lilibCompliance content integrity: /bYou run Spotify PPP compliance, DSP audit responses, monthly penalty settlements and artificial-streaming and customer fraud cases, together with our content identification and fraud detection partners. /lilibOperational cadences: /bYou own recurring checklists, operational reporting and escalations, and keep SOPs and playbooks current — written so they can be turned into AI agents. /lilibWorking with AI agents: /bYou review the output of our production agents (e.g. release QC, content identification, monitoring), flag quality issues, turn recurring corrections into better SOPs and agents, and take over automated workflows once they are handed over. /lilibBuilding agents: /bOver time, you build your own agents for recurring workflows in your area, within our agent quality standard. /lilibService levels: /bYou work to clear commitments — contracts within 48 hours, fraud cases triaged within 24 hours, YouTube Trust Safety issues resolved within 48 hours, escalations resolved or routed within 4 hours, partner revenue reviews completed by month-end. /lilibYour first 6 months: /bAfter about three months you own all areas and the COO is down to a weekly check-in; contracts leave within the SLA without the COO in the loop, new partners go live through the Kit, and you are the day-to-day reviewer of at least one production agent. /li /ulh3bYour Profile /b /h3ullibExperience: /b5+ years in music distribution, label services or DSP operations. /lilibDSP YouTube: /bDeep knowledge of the DSP landscape (Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon Music) plus Rights Management / Content ID (YouTube, TikTok, Meta) experience at scale. /lilibDelivery royalties: /bFamiliarity with DDEX (ERN), royalty accounting, revenue-share models, settlement processes and DSP reporting formats. /lilibLegal contracts: /bHands-on experience with distribution agreements, NDAs and licensing terms; confident redlining; ideally experience working with external counsel. /lilibCompliance: /bExperience with content integrity, artificial-streaming response and platform compliance programs. /lilibOrganisation: /bYou run 10+ parallel workstreams with clear ownership, deadlines and escalation paths. /lilibStakeholder management: /bYou deal confidently with partners, DSPs, external counsels and internal teams — often all on the same day. /lilibTools: /bGoogle Workspace, Slack, Notion, Customer Support Solutions and Claude/ChatGPT, or similar tools — and you learn new tools quickly. /lilibAI in daily work: /bYou already use AI tools every day, on your own initiative — and you are senior enough to challenge their output instead of following it. /lilibLanguages: /bFluent English and business-level German. /lilibWay of working: /bProcess-oriented, SLA-driven, documentation-first, a proactive problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity, and good at the Pareto cut. /lilibNice to have: /bautomation tools (n8n, Zapier) or first agents you have built yourself. /lilibScope of the role: /bA senior execution role with real ownership and a real voice: you prepare and execute, while deal structuring and final legal decisions stay with the COO — and you are expected to challenge processes and standards that don’t work in practice and to bring improvement proposals; we improve them together. Over time the role grows into building and running AI agents for its own area. It is not a strategy, sales, product or accounting role, and it starts without direct reports — people leadership can grow over time. /li /ulh3bWhy Us? /b /h3ullibOwnership from day one: /bYou join a small, experienced team with direct access to the COO and real responsibility for the operations of the business. /lilibRight timing: /bYou join while a music distribution company turns its operations over to agentic AI — and you shape how that works in practice. /lilibGrowth path: /bFrom running operations to building agents of your own, in a company where AI is part of every division. /lilibFlexible working model: /battractive salary package, flexible hours and remote work within the EU timezone or hybrid at our office in Pfäffikon SZ. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
