Our client, a leading European Corporate with more than 10,000 employees, is looking for a Corporate M&A Manager to join the team based in Frankfurt.
Responsibilities
- Act as a deal team member to facilitate strategic acquisitions into new business lines.
- Work on live deals and support the M&A team in conducting a variety of transactions in Germany and worldwide.
- Perform financial modelling, conduct due diligence (financial, operational, and commercial), and execute deals.
- Develop and implement the company\’s general M&A strategy together with the M&A and senior management team.
Requirements
- 6 – 9 years of experience in M&A or Corporate Finance. Previous Corporate M&A experience is an advantage.
- Strong modelling and financial/accounting skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the senior management team as well as with entrepreneurs and small business owners.
- Motivated and self-driven with the ability to multitask across projects.
