As a Software Support Specialist (m/f/d), you’ll take on the role of a software trainer and play a key role in ensuring our customers successfully use our software solutions. This is a full-time position to be filled as soon as possible. After a thorough training period, you will work from your own home office or from an office at our headquarters in Oldenburg, Lower Saxony.
- Support and training for our software—online or on-site at the customer's location
- Handling customer inquiries by phone and email
- Prioritization, Documentation, and Assignment of Requests
- Creating informative documentation for support tickets, manuals, and knowledge bases
