The assistant provides care independently or in pairs, respecting the client's lifestyle habits, beliefs, values, and culture, at their home. The assistant is required to travel throughout the canton of Geneva between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM.Missions and responsibilities- Perform bedtime assistance for clients whose health requires it, using the means provided, or in pairs, through care and by substituting for day teams.- Provide basic care by complying with learned techniques, respecting safety, efficiency, and comfort criteria, according to the instructions of the care reference person.- Maintain the client's environment to preserve their comfort and safety.- Observe, during the intervention, changes in the client's activity and behavior in order to anticipate any potential risk to their health and well-being.Profile- Federal Vocational Certificate (CFC) or equivalent.- At least 3-5 years of professional experience at home or in an institution; experience in the disability sector is an asset.- Good contact skills while being capable of discretion.- Listening and understanding of others in a home environment requiring adaptability.- Ability to evolve in a professional practice respecting the client's individuality.- Aptitude for working autonomously.- Ability to travel throughout the canton with a vehicle provided by the institution.Start date: to be agreed uponDo you recognize yourself in this profile?
