we are looking for a Data Scientist at the Multiscale Bioimaging Cluster (MBExC) Göttingen. MBExC is an excellency cluster funded by the German government that connects researchers studying excitable cells in the brain and heart with state-of-the-art imaging approaches across multiple scales. We are looking for a Data Scientist to support the various research activities in the cluster. The candidate should have experience in data analysis, preferably image analysis. One of the main tasks would be the implementation of data analysis workflows on local HPC infrastructure in collaboration with our local HPC provider. Experience with HPC computing is preferable but can also be gained while working in the position.
