R&D Engineer in Computational Imaging

We are currently looking for a R&D Engineer in Computational Imaging (100%) to work on a collaborative 1-year project with Zeiss and the Biomedical Imaging Group (BIG) at EPFL (Switzerland). The engineer will contribute to the development of the Pyxu open-source Python framework (pyxu-org.github.io ). The goal is to create a scalable and modular software that seamlessly integrates the latest AI-based algorithms into image reconstruction pipelines (deconvolution and multi-view fusion with LSM and SIM data).
