We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to strengthen our Partner team, working on projects that involve integrating and aggregating data from various external sources, refining backend services, and ensuring smooth collaboration with partner platforms.

Tasks

  • Design and implement backend services and APIs (with Python, or similar) to support partner integrations and data flows.
  • Develop and maintain data ingestion and aggregation pipelines, ensuring consistent, reliable, and scalable handling of large data sets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members (including other engineers and PMs) to turn ideas into fast, reliable, and maintainable code.
  • Refactor and modernize legacy components, improving maintainability, performance, and architectural consistency.
  • Ensure application reliability, scalability, and performance by implementing best practices in testing, monitoring, and CI/CD.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, share knowledge with teammates, and uphold high code quality standards.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development, with a strong emphasis on backend (Python, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, and database operations (SQL or NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud environments (AWS or similar).
  • Proven ability to apply software design principles and back-end application architecture concepts in practice (e.g., Service Oriented Architecture, Domain Driven Design).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit, integration, e2e), and best practices for software delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize for performance and scalability.
  • Positive, proactive team player who is passionate about their craft and comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in data aggregation, transformation, or high-volume data processing.
  • Experience in B2B partner integrations.
  • Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Tailwind, or similar) for building partner-facing features.
  • German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
