Software tester (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Planning and executing manual and automated tests
- Accepting new releases in close collaboration with our development team
- Working according to Scrum and using the latest state-of-the-art development methods
- Creating and reviewing test concepts, test plans, and test cases
- Taking on responsibility, e.g., for planning and coordinating cross-departmental tests
- Participation in the design and improvement of existing processes
Profile of requirements
- Training as an IT specialist for system integration, technician (focus on computer science) or a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in testing software in an industrial environment (front end and back end) and with relational databases is desirable.
- Confident use of Microsoft operating systems
- Good written and spoken German and English
- Quick comprehension and a high degree of attention to detail, e.g. in the area of usability
- Customer and service orientation
- Independence, initiative, and solution orientation
