Job Overvie As the Warehouse Operations Manager You’ll be responsible for developing strong partner relationships, ensuring seamless integration into our delivery operations and driving performance and service excellence across assigned areas .
Responsibiliti Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular stock reconciliation.
Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System(WMS).
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal departments toensure smooth logistics operations.
Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for processimprovements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse operating procedures.
Support warehouse projects, system implementations, and continuous improvementinitiatives.
Assist with employee training on warehouse procedures and best practices.
Handle customer inquiries related to warehouse operations and shipment status when required.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Preferred Qualification Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience is a plus.
Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logisticsprocesses.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
English proficiency is required; additional local language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in e-commerce, express delivery, or third-party logistics (3PL).
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.
Fluent German and English language skills are required, any additional language skills are a plus
