As the Warehouse Operations Specialist You'll be responsible for developing strong partner relationships, ensuring seamless integration into our delivery operations and driving performance and service excellence across assigned areas
- Responsibiliti
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular stock reconciliation.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System(WMS).
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Coordinate with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal departments toensure smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for processimprovements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse operating procedures.
- Support warehouse projects, system implementations, and continuous improvementinitiatives.
- Assist with employee training on warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Handle customer inquiries related to warehouse operations and shipment status when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); SAP experience is a plus.
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logisticsprocesses.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- English proficiency is required; additional local language skills are an advantage.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, express delivery, or third-party logistics (3PL).
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems and data analysis.
- Fluent German and English language skills are required, any additional language skills are a plus
