The imk Health Intelligence is looking for a purchasing genius with vision to help us drive our innovations forward.
Responsibilities:
- On-demand and on-time delivery Procurement of goods and services in the required quality
- Purchasing management according to DIN EN ISO 13485
- Optimisation and further development of procurement processes
- Selection of suitable suppliers based on price, quality and delivery capability as well as the development and maintenance of long-term supplier relationships
- Research of suppliers and Offer comparison, selection and evaluation
- Independent Price negotiations and preparation of the resulting framework agreements
- Delivery coordination and deadline monitoring
- Risk management to avoid bottlenecks
- Analysing market trends and prices to adjust the purchasing strategy in good time
- Support with Quality assurance measures for suppliers
- Collaboration on material-reducing measures
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and legal aspects in the entire purchasing process
- Monitoring and management of Stocks and determination of material requirements
- Master data maintenance with the ERP system proAlpha
Your Profile:
- Independent, structured and autonomous way of working
- Negotiating skills and the ability to build partnerships with suppliers
- You have a degree or completed training and several years of experience in technical purchasing
- Cooperative, cross-team collaboration with various departments
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
Application Process:

If we think that the advertised position might suit you, we will invite you to a first interview. The participants will be you, a member of staff from the relevant department and our HR manager. The interview will be conducted in a relaxed atmosphere and will serve to get to know you and your qualifications better, as well as to get to know the company imk and the advertised position better. After a positive assessment of the first interview, a second interview will usually take place on site to meet in person before you possibly work together as colleagues on exciting topics a few months later.
