We seek a dedicated Head of Group Strategy and M&A (m/w/d) to join our dynamic, agile environment. You will work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and M&A to shape our future, strengthening Scout24’s position as a leading digital platform in Europe.

Role responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing Scout24’s strategy, including communication with stakeholders
• Executing M&A deals from start to finish
• Conducting due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and preparing decision documents
• Establishing processes for investments and collaborations
• Conducting market and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
• Evaluating investment opportunities with leadership
• Identifying new growth drivers and opportunities
• Leading the Business Development & Strategy team

• Motivated leader seeking to contribute to Scout24’s success
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record in high-impact projects and M&A
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and conceptual skills
• Business model understanding and iterative thinking
• Experience with AI tools for problem-solving, with human oversight
• Fluent in English and German
