We prioritize security in our development and organizational culture. We seek a passionate Security Engineer to lead our security initiatives from code to cloud, promoting security best practices across departments and integrating DevSecOps principles into our real estate ecosystem.

Role responsibilities include:

• Designing secure architecture patterns for cloud-native applications.
• Building automated security testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Developing security guardrails and infrastructure-as-code templates.
• Supporting security assessments for new tech, AI/ML models, and integrations.
• Remediating security issues with development teams and providing guidance.
• Creating secure coding education programs to raise awareness and develop security champions.

Qualifications needed:

• Experience in software development in cloud environments, with Python/Go/Java, and secure architectures using open-source solutions.
• Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies across SDLC.
• Passion for security, understanding attack vectors (e.g., OWASP Top 10), and defense strategies.
• Strong communication skills to support and enable security practices.
• Experience with authentication protocols like OAuth2, SAML.
• Familiarity with open-source tools, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerization, and backend development.
• Experience with AI tools for problem-solving while maintaining oversight.
