We’re looking for a hands-on Motion & Video Designer to join our Creative Studio. Someone who lives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and technology – and has the drive to push the boundaries of what moving image can be today.

How your role will look like:

• Create engaging animations, videos, and motion assets for campaigns (internal and external), marketing, webinars, and presentations.
• Contribute not just execution, but also concepts, scripts, and storyboards – shaping ideas from start to finish.
• Work closely with brand, design, and marketing teams to bring our brand universe to life in motion.
• Explore and apply the latest AI tools for video, animation, and generative design, integrating them into your workflow.
• Support with visual design tasks when needed – from editing a Figma file to adapting assets in Adobe Creative Suite – to keep projects moving smoothly.

What you need to succeed:

• Proven experience as a motion/video designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
• Solid animation and editing skills across industry-standard tools (DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Premiere, Canva, etc.).
• Curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-driven video & image generation (prompting, iteration, aesthetic refinement).
• Foundational skills in visual design (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and the flexibility to contribute beyond motion when the team needs it.
• The ability to think strategically, move fast, and deliver with high quality.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for continuously evolving your craft.
