Your Role

• Drive digitalization and automation of our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process
• Manage quarterly Coupa releases, including testing and implementation
• Integrate new organizations and modules into Coupa
• Maintain and develop content (catalogs, supplier data, user management)
• Analyze business needs to identify improvements
• Document and analyze change requests for processes like P2P, Vendor Management, Contract Management, eSourcing, Reporting
• Handle specific components within our eProcurement framework (training, stakeholder management, KPI tracking)
• Translate business needs into system requirements to improve processes
• Serve as the primary contact for Coupa platform questions
• Maintain backend functionality and usability
• Manage interfaces and connected systems effectively

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Coupa implementation, configuration, and management
• Experience with eProcurement solutions (P2P, Vendor Management, Sourcing modules)
• Several years of hands-on digital Procurement and P2P experience
• Strong project management skills
• Technical understanding of system requirements and interfaces
• Experience with AI tools in problem-solving and productivity
• Analytical problem-solving skills
• Motivated, proactive, enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
