Your role
Support the development and harmonization of global compensation strategies and programs, ensuring alignment with market best practices and organizational objectives.
- Coordinate the performance review process, providing strategic oversight to ensure alignment with business goals and talent strategies.
- Oversee job architecture and grading frameworks, ensuring consistency and scalability across the organization.
- Coordinate annual benchmarking and conduct compensation assessments to refine the company’s market positioning.
- Analyze internal pay data to identify trends, address equity considerations, and develop recommendations to enhance pay equity and competitiveness, especially regarding the upcoming European Transparency Law.
- Shape communication and change management strategies to support compensation program implementation, fostering transparency and engagement.
- Partner with leadership on compensation matters and collaborate with finance on budgeting and forecasting for total reward programs.
- Create and present reports, data analyses, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership for decision-making.
What we are looking for
- Experience in compensation or total rewards management within a high-performing HR environment.
- Ability to conceptualize and implement digital reward solutions, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Hands-on experience with Compensation modules in SuccessFactors or Workday Advanced Compensation is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like MS Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to translate data insights into strategic actions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders, negotiating with local Works Councils, and leading training sessions.
