As Demand & Forecasting Lead, you will take ownership of demand planning and forecasting for Germany. You will guide a team, collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the business, and play a key role in shaping strategic direction through accurate forecasting and meaningful business insights. This is an opportunity to combine people development, commercial understanding, and data‑driven thinking while supporting continuous improvement and digital transformation. Principle Accountabilities

  • Oversee the demand planning and forecasting process across multiple product categories within the German market
  • Own forecast performance, supporting high levels of forecast accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Support, develop and empower a forecasting team to achieve shared objectives
  • Coordinate the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and align forecasting activities across key business functions
  • Translate forecast data into clear business insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve forecasting processes through automation, digitalisation and best practices

Skills and Experience Required

  • Strong expertise in demand planning, forecasting, IBP, S&OP or related planning processes
  • Experience developing teams and supporting performance within a complex business environment
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into practical business recommendations
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple functions
  • Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, automation or digital initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to different audiences
