As part of our P&C Operations team in Germany, you\’ll support a variety of stakeholders, ensure process excellence, and drive continuous improvement. From resolving complex queries and managing key operational projects to leading change and coaching your team—you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping our people processes running efficiently and compliantly.
Location: Hamburg, Germany
Principle Accountabilities
- Provide responsive, accurate support to diverse stakeholder groups via ServiceNow, phone, and email.
- Ensure compliance with global and local HR processes, maintaining documentation, policies, and user training.
- Analyse service metrics to identify and implement improvements in operational efficiency.
- Lead and resource operational projects (e.g., reorganisations) in coordination with People Partners and Global Operations.
- Monitor legal/regulatory changes and update internal processes and documentation accordingly.
- Oversee the German P&C Operations Team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and issue escalation.
Skills and Experience Required
- University degree or professional HR qualification with 3+ years in People & Culture (P&C) Operations leadership.
- Proven experience in team management, coaching, and performance development.
- Strong HR data management skills with proficiency in Workday, SAP, and MS Office 365.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve HR queries efficiently.
- Effective cross-functional collaborator (e.g. with P&C People Partners, Payroll).
- Fluent in German and English; adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
