We are looking for management consultants with a profound appreciation for ERP projects and a talent for making them succeed.
Responsibilities
As a management consultant specialising in ERP advisory, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to design and execute ERP projects, placing a strong emphasis on achieving tangible benefits.
- Bring your co-creative spirit to the forefront, consistently delivering high-quality results and leaving clients in a truly better place.
- Apply your project and programme management expertise at all levels, utilising structured and relevant methodologies tailored to the unique demands of each project.
- Cultivate your exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, ranging from top-level executives to cross-functional teams, ensuring project outcomes are reached.

- Proven experience in project and programme management with a track record of successful ERP project delivery

- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
- A deep understanding of ERP-related processes and a passion for solving complex challenges in this domain
More specifically, we are looking for people with:
- Minimum two years of experience in consulting and/or ERP-related projects
- Strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking
- A collaborative approach to colleagues and clients
- Minimum one relevant master’s degree with top marks
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills and a ton of energy
